GET IN THE GAME:
Methodist Charlton staff participated
in the Sports Medicine Day program at Lake Ridge
Elementary School in Cedar Hill. In addition to listening to
a talk by Methodist Charlton Director Physical Medicine
Ann O’Donnell — whom they peppered with questions —
students had an opportunity to learn how to take their
own vital signs.

KEEP YOUR HEART HAPPY AND HEALTHY:
More
than 350 people enjoyed Methodist Charlton’s Heart to
Heart event in February. Whether you wanted to try out
Zumba® or belly dancing, learn how to help your heart, or
discover your personal fashion style, there was something
for everyone. Women took advantage of heart-healthy
foods, tried operating the robotic technology of the
da Vinci® Surgical System (now available at Methodist
Charlton), and relaxed with soothing chair massages.
