Methodist Charlton has teamedupwith Cedar Hill Independent
School District to offer this program to the high school staffand
students and their parents. The challenge offers free health
screenings, educational seminars, cooking demonstrations,
exercise workshops, and personalized health coaching — all
aimed at reducing the risk of heart disease.
